General Insurance claims procedures
For general reference only and subject to the relevant policy’s terms and conditions.
- Please report your case to us or your insurance agent immediately.
- Please submit the claim form duly completed with all necessary supporting documents.
- Should you receive any correspondences from any third party, please forward us the same unanswered immediately. Please ensure that no admission, offer, promise or any payment to any third party is made without our prior written consent.
- In any event of theft or malicious damage, please report to the Police within 24 hours.
- Please do not proceed with repair works and/or disposal of damaged property without our prior consent as we may appoint Loss Adjuster for investigation, including but not limited to inspecting the damaged properties / conducting site inspection / taking witnesses’ statement and/or photographs of the scene.
